Mauna means silence in Sanskrit. Every class uses yoga and meditation as tools for quieting the mind, for identifying habits and increasing self-knowledge.

The external world may be quiet, but if internally the mind is noisy, is it really silence?

At Mauna we teach you to train the mind to overcome. Overcome overthinking, stress, burnout. At Mauna you relearn to rest and be in the zone.
